By using Escrow.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our General Escrow Instructions. Please read them carefully prior to starting or accepting any transaction.
1. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, verified information and to use our services only for lawful, authorized commercial purposes.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and multi-factor authentication tokens. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Transaction Terms
All transactions are subject to Escrow.com's General Escrow Instructions. Funds are held in neutral depository trust until transaction milestones and inspection requirements are satisfied by both parties.
4. Fees & Payout Schedules
Escrow fees are calculated transparently based on transaction volume, asset category, and settlement method. Fees are non-refundable once escrow verification and custody commence.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of counterparty disputes, both parties agree to follow the structured dispute resolution process outlined in the General Escrow Instructions. Final escrow arbitration is binding.
6. Limitation of Liability
Escrow.com's aggregate liability is strictly limited to the amount of the escrow fee paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
